Make 2026 Your Best Year Yet
We’re two days into 2026. Time to get on it.
This is your chance. You can literally decide to upgrade anything you want. Learn something new. Fix the small thing you keep ignoring. Start the habit you have said you were going to start for months now. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, congratulations—this is it.
Here’s the part nobody wants to hear:
Momentum is a decision. And it starts with the smallest movement.
Pick one:
A tiny health win (walks, water, sleep, gym, yoga, literally anything)
A personal care win (haircut, wardrobe, clean the space, update the resume)
A relationship win (forgive somebo, or stop dating the human migraine)
A brain win (read 10 minutes before bed, learn Spanish, new playlist, new skill)
Do one move today. Not 47 moves. One. Then do it again tomorrow. Even if it’s only for a few minutes.
That’s how the “best year of your life” thing actually happens. One day at a time with little tiny baby steps.
Taking care of you makes you better at everything else - as a parent, partner, employee, or friend.
Feed the positive as well. Nothing negative about anybody. It brings you down, others down, and makes people want to be around you less. Try to only say positive things all day long and see what happens.
